Designed and developed with a clear, simple and rhythmic aesthetic – inspired by the function that the buildings serve, Central Retail Park, Havant, provides eight new retail units together with associated car parking and serving facilities.

The use of materials on the principal elevations and the design of the entrance portals have been adapted to suit the differing scales of retail accommodation provided throughout the development, enabling the smaller units to adopt the fluid design language at their appropriate scale.
