MIlford Haven Outer Marine Facility
HGP devised a master plan for a marina and waterside development on the Severn Estuary in Wales. The plan includes three large islands surrounded by a breakwater on which apartments, shops, restaurants, museums, parks and offices would all be situated. Berthing for 400m long cruisers was also featured.
