HGP master-planned the Gunwharf Quays development on the 33-acre site of a former Naval Dockyard in Portsmouth. Integral to the regeneration of the harbour conservation area was creating a townscape with public urban spaces and a seaward promenade with lots of activity. The integration of rail and ferry links as well as extensive underground parking complete the vision.
The result is a destination that uniquely brings together retail outlets, cinema, Bowlplex, casino, nightclubs, restaurants and bars in a stunning waterfront location.
