Oceana Boulevard, Southampton

Oceana Boulevard in the French quarter of Southampton demonstrates HGP’s capability in high density apartment
living with the constraints of a tight urban site. It comprises 13 storeys totalling 280 apartments plus a private gym and a dental surgery. Standing proudly as the tallest building in the area, Oceana Boulevard also features a neat two-storey parking facility in the basement.
