HGP is architect and lead consultant for a proposal in Sturminster Newton for the urban regeneration of a brownfield site for mixed purpose use that includes a 60 bed care home.

The original Creamery building on the site is to be restored for use as offices and the scheme includes 41 residential units, of which 35% will be affordable housing, and a chidren’s play area.
