Westpoint Milton Campus, Portsmouth

Working with Portsmouth City Council and Barratt Homes, HGP developed a scheme to transform the former Portsmouth University Milton Campus site into 154 residential units, together with a Special Needs School for 250 pupils. The design retains the site’s mature trees and the old walled garden, providing green space for residents.
