Fareham Parkway, Fareham
HGP designed Fareham Parkway in the early 1980’s and completed in 1982. The building owners, Capital and Counties appointed HGP again in 1993 for the refurbishment of all 20,000 sq ft of offices. The refurbishment included the replacement of the existing windows, provision of new entrance canopies, and significant landscape enhancements as well as the upgrading of all internal finishes.
