HGP in conjunction with proposed stadium contractors Barr have obained a planning consent for a new Masterplan for Portsmouth Football Club. The plan allows for a redevelopment of Fratton Park with a final capacity 36,000 and the development of Pompey Village - a mixed use `lifestyle’ development comprising of 538 residential apartments, bars and restaurants as well as office accommodation, a gym, surgery, pharmacy and food retail unit.
