HGP have developed this sheltered housing scheme consisting of twenty new cottages set in the grounds of a listed house. The new cottages are generally two bedroomed, set in small groups, with first floor links, over pedestrian ways, providing a third bedroom to some of the adjoining units. The ground floor cloakroom has a shower and together with the dining room is capable of use as a bedroom, providing future adaptability for non-stair occupant use.
